ÍøºìºÚÁÏ MSC REGULATORY UPDATE
In response to ÍøºìºÚÁÏ MSC's for an extension to the Household Goods rule changes set to take effect today, this morning, the FMCSA released a Notice of Enforcement Discretion Determination stating the agency will not enforce the rule’s changes until October 31, 2022.
